Can I pay my sewer loan over the phone? 

Yes.  Call the Xpress Bill Pay customer service line at 385-218-0343. They will need the account number or service address.  Let them know you want to make a payment on your Special Assessment account.

What are my options for paying my sewer loan? 

Payment options include sending your check through the mail; leaving it at a drop box (a list of drop boxes and their addresses can be accessed by clicking the link on the right); paying in the office with cash or check; using a payment card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover) in the office or online selecting Guest Checkout and clicking Special Assessment; or using your bank payment website or third party payer.

Can I pay my sewer loan with my credit or debit card? 

Yes, you can pay using VISA, MasterCard, or Discover at the RVSS office or online through the Bill Pay link on the right, selecting Guest Checkout and then Special Assessment.

Can my sewer loan be paid automatically? 

Only through your bank or third party payer.

What is the balance on my loan account? 

You can get your Rogue Valley Sewer Services loan and sewer account balance and history by calling our office during business hours at 541 664-6300 or 541 779-4144.
