Sewer Development & Construction
Rogue Valley Sewer Services (RVSS) owns and manages the public sanitary sewer collection system within Central Point, Eagle Point, Talent, Phoenix, Jacksonville, Shady Cove, Gold Hill, portions of Medford, and portions of Jackson County including White City.
Sewer service boundaries and GIS-based sewer system mapping can be found under the Maps & GIS tab at the top of any page of our website.
RVSS oversite (permitting, plan review, payment of fees, sewer service billing, etc…) for development or sewer construction is generally separated into Private Sewer Service Permitting and Public Sewer Main Construction.
Activities Requiring Private Sewer Service Permitting

*Sewer service connection and replacement permits within the City of Medford and within the RVSS service area will be issued by the City of Medford. RVSS oversees new sewer main construction, issues sewer tap permits, and collects Sewer Collection System and Interceptor SDC’s in this area.
